How can I cancel and exchange an order?
Standard Order
An standard order can be cancelled before it is dispatched. Orders cannot be revised. If you want to revise your order, you must cancel it and place the order again. An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped.
Customized Order
Customized order can not be cancelled once it is in the order process.

Sendroadgym is not responsible for lost or damaged packages by return.
The customer bears complete responsibility for the accuracy of information provided. Due to the incorrect shipping address or disconnected tel number, the package failed to delivered and return to seller automatically, the order will be refund after deducting the to and back shipping and 45% loss fee.
Damaged product
Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) within 7 days from delivery and inform us if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We kindly ask you to document the damages of the product and package, preferably in the presence of the carrier, so we can fairly process your recompense. Depending on the product and your preference we will refund part of the value of your order or send you a replacement for the part that arrived damaged. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product.
Undamaged product
Within 7 days from the date of delivery you may resign from your purchase and return your order without giving any reason. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
When will I get my refund?
A refund, if applicable, will be initiated, once the returned product has reached our warehouse and the product has passed the quality check. Refunds will be provided for items eligible for return in the manner in which the original purchase was made.
The arrival time of banks/payment methods depends on the refund policy of each bank/payment channel. In general, it takes 3-7 working days for the arrival.
