PROCESSING TIME
Standard Orders: Orders are processed within 3-5 working days
Customized Orders: Custom orders take 10-15 working days for processing.
WHERE WE SHIP
Free shipping is applied for all orders in the world.
Due to restrictions of shipment from our carrier pro partners, APO and FPO Military addresses is unacceptable.
ORDER TRACKING
We will send a Shipment Confirmation email which provides you with a tracking number(s) of the shipment, along with the link for tracking your package(s).
The tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up immediately. Please make sure to input the correct email address in order to receive your tracking info.
DELIVERY TIME
Door-to-Door Delivery: All orders are delivered within 50 days after processing.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
